草(cao)坪融雪可采用發熱電(dian)纜(lan)系(xi)統,原理是利(li)用一種(zhong)防水安(an)全型的加熱電(dian)纜(lan)對草(cao)坪土壤進行(xing)加熱,使其維(wei)持適宜(yi)的溫(wen)度,達(da)到(dao)融雪防滑的效果,避免運動(dong)員在奔跑過程中(zhong)摔倒,同(tong)時(shi)可延(yan)長(chang)草(cao)坪的使用期限,防止(zhi)由于(yu)冬季氣候(hou)寒冷,草(cao)坪受低溫(wen)影(ying)響后會失綠枯死。
隨著經濟發展,各種草(cao)(cao)坪運動場的數量也(ye)急劇增加,發熱(re)電纜(lan)在草(cao)(cao)坪融雪上的應用得到了(le)迅速的推廣(guang),越來越多(duo)(duo)的體育館項目工(gong)程(cheng)都在考慮使用,但(dan)很多(duo)(duo)電地暖工(gong)程(cheng)對此(ci)領(ling)域的安裝(zhuang)比較陌生(sheng),在此(ci)。簡(jian)要介紹下如何(he)實現草(cao)(cao)坪發熱(re)電纜(lan)的規(gui)范(fan)安裝(zhuang)。
融(rong)雪可(ke)采(cai)用融(rong)雪發熱電(dian)纜。此由雙導(dao)線構(gou)成(cheng),額定電(dian)壓為220V,功率為18.5W/m。
按照(zhao)蛇形(xing)管的形(xing)式,沿長度方(fang)向來回平行敷(fu)設電纜。電纜等距敷(fu)設,間距0.06m,保證(zheng)熱量(liang)分布(bu)均勻。草(cao)坪單位面積加(jia)熱功(gong)率為166W/m2。
為(wei)防止電(dian)纜產生(sheng)的(de)(de)熱(re)量從底部和邊壁損失,用 5mm厚的(de)(de)聚苯(ben)乙烯(xi)泡沫板(ban)作絕熱(re)材(cai)料,在土方(fang)的(de)(de)邊壁和加熱(re)電(dian)纜的(de)(de)下部設置聚苯(ben)乙烯(xi)泡沫板(ban)。為(wei)便于排水,加熱(re)電(dian)纜下部的(de)(de)聚苯(ben)乙烯(xi)泡沫板(ban)寬(kuan)度40mm,相鄰板(ban)的(de)(de)邊距(ju)為(wei)20mm
在實(shi)際(ji)工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)應用中(zhong),發熱電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)系統應控(kong)制草坪根(gen)部(bu)密集(ji)區(地表~地表下(xia)10cm)處的(de)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du),使其處于正常生長(chang)所必(bi)需(xu)的(de)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)范(fan)(fan)圍(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(10℃左右)。但由于本文主(zhu)要(yao)目的(de)是研究(jiu)加(jia)(jia)熱電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)對草坪土壤溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)場的(de)影響(xiang),因此在整個實(shi)驗測試過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong)將電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子恒溫(wen)(wen)(wen)器(qi)的(de)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)傳感器(qi)緊(jin)貼加(jia)(jia)熱電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)表面放置,即局部(bu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)加(jia)(jia)熱裝置的(de)控(kong)制(電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流的(de)通(tong)斷)是根(gen)據電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)表面的(de)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)來完成(cheng)的(de)。根(gen)據室外(wai)氣象條(tiao)件,調整電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)設(she)(she)定(ding)值(zhi),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)表面溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)圍(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)繞溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)設(she)(she)定(ding)值(zhi)在一定(ding)范(fan)(fan)圍(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)內上下(xia)波動。在實(shi)驗過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong),局部(bu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)加(jia)(jia)熱裝置全天在需(xu)要(yao)時(shi)進(jin)行(xing)加(jia)(jia)熱,即當溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)低于設(she)(she)定(ding)值(zhi)范(fan)(fan)圍(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)下(xia)限時(shi),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)通(tong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian);當溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)高(gao)于設(she)(she)定(ding)值(zhi)范(fan)(fan)圍(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)上限時(shi),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)斷電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。
